These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of 883V Game at 883v.pk. By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We have written these in plain language because we want players to actually read them rather than scroll past walls of legal text.

1. Who Can Use 883V Game

Age. You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm this. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts where underage use is suspected.

Legality. You are responsible for checking that using an online gaming platform is legal in your location. We do not accept liability for legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where it is restricted.

2. Your Account

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is against our rules and results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Remaining wallet balances are not refunded in confirmed multiple-account cases.

Accurate information. You must register with your real mobile number. Providing false information may result in suspension.

Your credentials are your responsibility. Keep your password private. Keep your OTP private. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by you sharing or losing control of your login details.

Referral codes. They can only be entered during registration. They cannot be applied after an account has been created.

Account security. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any point. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending review.

3. Deposits

Use only the payment methods shown inside the app. Currently: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer.

Send deposits only from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits trigger verification and may delay processing.

The minimum deposit is 100 PKR for mobile wallets. Limits may change and current figures are always shown inside the Wallet section.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Use only the payment details shown inside the 883V Game app at the time of your transaction. Sending money based on details from outside the official platform is entirely at your own risk.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals go to your registered payment account. We deduct zero platform fees and zero tax from any withdrawal amount.

We may request identity documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is standard practice and applies to all users.

Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your own name may be declined pending verification.

You are responsible for entering your payment account details correctly. We are not liable for funds delayed or lost due to incorrect account numbers entered by the user.

5. Bonuses

All bonuses carry wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each bonus is shown when you claim it. Read it before you tap Claim.

Free spins have expiry windows. Unused spins that expire are forfeited permanently.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method results in suspension and cancellation of all associated bonuses and commissions.

We can change, pause, or end any bonus or promotion at any time.

Referral bonuses are paid on genuine signups with real deposits. Fake or self-referral activity results in commission cancellation and account suspension.

6. Games and Fair Play

All game outcomes use certified random systems. We do not adjust results against any player.

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind is prohibited and results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of your entire wallet balance.

Collusion in multiplayer games or tournaments is prohibited. All players involved in confirmed collusion are suspended.

Tournament results are final. Disputes about tournament outcomes are reviewed by the platform and our decision is conclusive.

7. Responsible Gaming

This platform is for entertainment. Results are not guaranteed. Financial losses are possible.

You are responsible for your own gaming behaviour and spending decisions. We provide tools and support to help but we cannot prevent all harmful patterns and we do not accept liability for losses arising from gameplay.

Players under 18 are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

8. Suspensions and Closures

We may suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms.

Confirmed violations result in wallet balance forfeiture.

Accounts suspended for investigation have their balances preserved. If the investigation finds no violation, the account is reinstated and the balance is untouched.

To close your account voluntarily, contact support. We process any withdrawable balance before closure.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

Everything on 883v.pk including the platform name, visual design, written content, and game designs belongs to 883V Game. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without written permission from us.

10. Our Liability

883V Game is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect the platform.

We are not liable for gameplay-related financial losses. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your own credentials.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page tells you when the most recent revision happened. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
